Winter is coming! Where I live, this will mean temperatures well below freezing. I will definitely switch parts of my training routine indoors where I will do some spinning, yoga, strength training and lots of pole. And I will do some winter sports outside, like skiing and ski mountaineering. But I want and need to keep on running outside too. If you follow my instagram account you might have noticed that I recently moved from London to Munich. I’ve moved cities 5 times in the last 10 years, and it has always been tough and challenging. Even worse, I had to change my fitness routine because all my favorite classes and running routes were no longer available.
