12 things I learned while running 12 Marathons in a year

In 2018 I ran 12 Marathons for charity. This was by far the most challenging and life changing project I had done up to this point. Besides accumulating lots of awesome finisher t-shirts, medals and memories along the way, I also learned some valuable life lessons during these 12 Marathons that I want to share with you right now.

Spartan Race Oberndorf review

Beginning of September I took part in the Spartan Race Oberndorf in Tirol. It was my third time doing this race, and I have to say that it is by far my favorite Spartan Race in Europe. The course is really tough and the mountain views are absolutely jawdropping.

The Ultimate Challenge 2017

Today marks the T-6 months for World’s Toughest Mudder, my big goal for 2017. My Ultimate Challenge 2017!
In case you have no idea what it is, let me explain:

The World’s Toughest Mudder it is a 24 hour obstacle course race in Lake Las Vegas, where 1000 crazy people try to run a 5 mile course full of wet and muddy obstacles for as often as possible.
